Exception to 2-7 Day Completion Timeline

We value efficiency and clarity, so our aim is to deliver high-quality written content in 2-7 working days with two included (free) revisions by one of our writers. However, we have included an exception to this timeline. If there are insurmountable differences between the client and the writer, the contract timeline may be compromised. If these conflicts include extreme misunderstandings with no solution possible, we will consider terminating the contract. In this scenario, Sando Creative will waive the fees associated with the project and, in some cases, the client will not receive their finished content. Clients who engage in problematic communication with our writers on a habitual basis will be at risk of termination. Future projects with such clients will be decided upon on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, we will not consider future projects with such clients at all.

Policy on Additional Content Revisions

We strive to implement the revisions you request in one or two 24-hour working periods (1-2 business days). If you have used your two revisions, additional revisions will require payment. After you use your two included (free) revisions, we will add the cost of any extra revisions to your balance. Additional charges will be due upon completion of the project.

Interviews for One-Time Projects

The interview can be over email, Zoom, or over the phone, depending on preference and availability. We may schedule one or two additional interviews with the client when more information or clarification is needed. Pricing will be established based on word count and the number of revisions. We include two revisions in our pricing. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
