Our Content Process

Let’s dive into the content process here at Sando Creative! Once you’ve decided to work with us, we will walk you through a very simple four-step process.

1. Questionnaire & Free Content Sample

Short questionnaire followed by a 15-minute phone call or email conversation.

You’ll complete a quick questionnaire that will help us understand more about your business needs. After that, we’ll discuss your goals for your web content. This consultation will help us understand your target client and goals for your business. Next, one of our writers will draft a complementary 500-word content sample based on your answers to the questionnaire.

Because the first 500 words are our gift to you, revisions will not be available to these content samples without payment. Once sample revisions become a topic of conversation, we will discuss your desire to chose a service plan or a one-time contract.

If you decide to enter into a one-time contract, we will further discuss the points of the project. This is where you will establish your expected word count, tone, and the desired outcome. (Do you want your audience to click on a particular button on your website?)

This conversation will end with an estimate and a quick contract draw-up.

2. Research & Writing.

Two to four business days in the hands of one of our writers. We will handle the heavy lifting of researching, writing, rewriting, and editing. At least two of our senior staff writers will read and edit your content piece before we hand it back to you for review.

3. Review & Revision.

We allot 48 hours for the client to review and revise content written by our team. All contracts allow the client to request two revisions without additional payment.
These revisions should take care of any misunderstandings between the client and the writer. The writer will make reasonable revisions to the tone, length, and copy of the content piece. Additional revisions are optional and require additional payment.

4. Delivery.

Our aim is to deliver your high-quality written content in 2-7 working days after contract approval. We are committed to keeping a tight timeline on our articles (with one exception) so that you will able to incorporate your new content into your website as soon as possible. A quick turn-around time ensures quality writing and client satisfaction.
